Callaway Gardens 6-24-11

Every year my Dad plays golf with a group of guys for Father's Day.  This year they came up to Callaway Gardens so we made a weekend trip to meet him there.  The grounds are just beautiful.  Max enjoyed the butterfly garden and we really enjoyed watching him explore.

After trying to take a self portrait that did not include all of our faces a nice lady offered to take our family picture.  As I post to this website I realize we don't have too many good family pictures!!  I am glad to have this one.

As this trip shows, I love the boards where you put your face thru.  Here is butterfly Max.

We did the family picture swap with a nice family and when it was our turn little Steven did not want to leave so we have an extra cutie in this family shot :)

Max is getting more comfortable in the pool.  He had a great time splashing with Granpaw.  But he got bit by a mosquito IN the pool.

On the way back to Atlanta on Sunday we found Wild Animal Safari in Pine Mountain.  They have safari animals living in a preserve that you can ride thru and feed.  I was not too sure if Max would like the animals being so close but he loved it.  We did not feed the animals but the families around us did so the animals were sticking there heads as close as they could and even inside the bus!!

Remember when I told you I like the peak a boo boards?  Well here a few more for you :)

I also like the family shots under the sign of where we are.  A lot of parks have a spot that you can put your camera on a timer to get the group shot.

Pacifier overload

Max is still attached to his pacifier.  He managed to find two in the laundry bin....

Alexander's in Atlanta 6-13-11

Nettie and the twins were traveling to Nashville so we got see them as a stopover both ways.  On the way North we went to the mall and played on the indoor playground.  All the kids really enjoyed it.

As we played a train was going around the mall!!  The kids were very interested in going for a ride.  I think Max and Eli were working on their plan to convince us to go for a ride.

When ever we get all 3 kids together I try to get a picture of all of them still and smiling......  Here is what you get

Almost got it.

Ok at least all 3 were in the picture right?
